During my last 10 years I noted that on joining teams to undertake projects; the next Fluid Power Control System Engineer was never older than 23 years. This really hammered home the need for Mentoring our young Engineers. To hand on the experience to Inspire and Push them forward. It is this approach I want to promote and enact.
